As I near my one year anniversary as President & CEO of this established but growing credit union, Mr. Franklin’s words ring true to me. Especially as I reflect on our actions and desires to bring our members the best possible products, people, and processes.
From opening two branches in our Puyallup community to giving a face lift to our phone banking system to refreshing our website to serving you through this blog, the member is truly our highest priority.
