Meet Jazmyne Pablo, part of our Branch Operations team! Jazmyne first started her journey at KCU as a student intern teller twelve years ago. After her summer internship, she was officially hired onto the team and eventually became a specialist before entering her role in Branch Operations!
When asked what her favorite part of her role is, Jazmyne said, “I would say gaining perspective – I’ve worked in branch land for about 10 years, moving to this role has opened my eyes to how all of the branches, the contact center and all of the departments are truly involved in the member experience.”
“My favorite part about being a part of the KCU team is being able to assist the frontline staff in a way that I wished was available when I first started. I also enjoy getting to assist and meet all the people, and hopefully, making life a little easier makes my day! And my second favorite part would be how much I am learning in my current role – there’s never a dull moment.”
It is clear to us that Jazmyne has put her experience to work by providing support and understanding to her colleagues. “Jaz has shown the East Bremerton crew amazing kindness over the past few months,” said Meghan Borne, KCU East Bremerton Assistant Branch Manager. “Since there is new management at East Bremerton, we are trying to learn and retain everything like a sponge. Jaz has provided a huge amount of help, support, and guidance, as well as many helpful tips and tricks to help things run smoothly. We at East Bremerton appreciate her and ALL she has done for us.”
“Jaz is a constant source of problem-solving, answers, and procedure when it comes to branch life,” said Josh Lavatai, KCU Member Associate, “She’s an irreplaceable asset.”
We are proud to have team members like Jazmyne. Her work truly makes a difference. We couldn’t do what we do without people like you, Jazmyne!
