The KCUCares Foundation has been hard at work, celebrating its latest class of students starting the Achieve Financial Wellness Program. KCUCares has partnered with over 20 schools throughout Jefferson, Kitsap, Mason, and Pierce Counties to offer this curriculum that works with high school juniors and seniors to learn about financial topics like banking, insurance, budgeting, and taxes. And when students complete the course, KCUCares travels to each classroom celebrating all their hard work that will brighten their future!
Additionally, the KCUCares Foundation is meeting with its incredible community partners to gear up for the busiest season of the year for hunger programming starting with events like the Send Hunger Packing Backpack event and Home Team Harvest. Alongside nearly 30 organizations, KCUCares is dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to healthy meals this holiday season.
