Put these events on your calendar for the month of March:
March 7th: 2020 Bremerton Military Appreciation Day – Bring the whole family to the 2020 Military Appreciation Day at the Kitsap Sun Pavilion on March 7th from 11am-3pm. Enjoy the military vehicle displays, kids’ activities, games, 100 local business booths, door prizes, food, and more!
March 7th: Port Townsend Home Show – Featuring more than 40 exhibitors, the Jefferson County Home Show offers visitors a chance to learn about building products, cabinetry, home design, new construction loans, home automation, garden ideas, electric vehicles, solar power and so much more!
March 7th: 2020 Silverdale Military Appreciation Day – Come out and Celebrate, Honor, and Recognize our Men and Women in uniform, past and present, at our annual Military Appreciation Day and Carnival. Check-out military vehicle display-Enjoy Children’s activities. Browse 100 local business booths. Sample FREE food and non-alcohol drinks-Win Fabulous door prizes and gifts for Military members with ID!
March 11th: Empty Bowls 2020 – Join us at the Shelton Civic Center for this rewarding opportunity to fill “Empty Bowls” throughout Shelton and Mason County. Create, enjoy with friends, and support your neighbors in need. You’ll be able to unleash your inner artist by creating a unique ceramic bowl to keep!
March 14th: Saint Patrick’s Day Parade – Time to get your Irish on and celebrate this fun community tradition at the 29th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Parade steps off at 11 a.m. at 6th & Pacific in downtown Bremerton.
March 14th: KBA Spring Home and Garden Expo – The Peninsula Home & Garden Expo is held each year during the third weekend in March at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds. Come and enjoy the biggest and best home show west of Seattle with hundreds of vendors, free seminars, beautiful outdoor landscaped displays, and great food!
March 15th: Saint Patrick’s Day at the Zoo – St Patrick’s Day at Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium: Stop by the Point Defiance Zoo in Tacoma to see amazing animals, talk to the keepers who care for them and watch animals enjoy “lucky” treats and enrichments for St. Patrick’s Day.
March 20th – 22nd: Port Townsend Victorian Heritage Festival – Port Townsend, Washington is one of only three American Victorian Seaports listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The Victorian Heritage Festival 2020 will focus on the years of “Great Expectations” when building was booming, sailing ships were king, and citizens were sure Port Townsend would be “The Key City” gateway to Puget Sound and beyond!
March 24th: Jordan World Circus 2020 – Stop by the Washington State Fair Event’s Center in Puyallup to see this amazing show. With three rings of affordable family fun, “Jordan World Circus” will thrill fans of all ages. Come see the death-defying aerial acts, animal attractions.
March 28th: Puyallup Spring Market – There will be a variety of handmade makers ranging from home decor, bath & body products, clothing and more! There will also be a selection of food vendors outside the venue. This market is all ages and free to attend.
