Meet Nikki Hartman, Assistant Branch Manager of our Silverdale Highlands Branch. Nikki first started her position at Kitsap Credit Union two years ago and is a team player who always goes above and beyond for her colleagues and our member’s needs.
“My favorite part of my role is the joy derived from assisting members in realizing their financial dreams,” said Nikki. “There is no greater reward than seeing a member purchase their first car or home and experiencing the joy it brings to them. These milestones are not just transactions; they represent significant life achievements that we have the privilege to be a part of.”
Nikki’s colleagues note her positive attitude, effective work-style, and her dedication to helping members achieve their goals. “She is always willing to help us, even when she is swamped with her own work,” said Brenda Stevens, Member Specialist. “She is the first to recognize our efforts and offer encouragement when needed. We are lucky to have her at our branch and at KCU!”
“My favorite part of being a team member at Highlands has been witnessing the remarkable growth and cohesion of this team,” said Nikki. “It has been truly inspiring to observe how our collective efforts have contributed to building such a strong and unified group. As part of the branch leadership, we understood that creating an environment where team members are encouraged and supported in becoming the best versions of themselves was crucial to our success.”
