Meet Zoran Strong, you might recognize him from our Port Townsend Branch where he has been a Member Associate II for the past two years.
“My favorite part about my role is helping with fraud, and assisting people with making the most of their funds,” he said. “I love really getting to dig into accounts so that I can best assist them.”
Zoran’s positive attitude, helpful spirit, and passion for connecting with our members makes him stand out said his manager, Richard Polipnick, “Zoran brings a positive, can do attitude to work each day that is felt by both his coworkers and our members,” said Richard. “From starting the day with music to finishing the day with the closing tasks, his eagerness to help his team and the members he works with makes the branch a better place to work and do business. His desire to help improve the team shines in his daily efforts to organize and improve the work area and to assist other teammates with client issues. His desire to help our members is felt by them in every engagement and their feedback through our surveys says it all. Zoran has received three months of perfect ten scores and the comment’s rave about his great service, knowledge, and friendly personality. Several members prefer to stand in line longer so they can work with him. Plus, Zoran proactively sought out and shared informational material regarding current fraud and scams with our members.”
Zoran said that he enjoys meeting so many different types of people in his role here at Kitsap Credit Union, “We’re in a small town and I’ve met people from all over the place. We have a lot of creatives in this town and helping them manage their funds is fun. I also love helping the senior citizens in our community.”
Looking to the future, Zoran said, “It’s been two short years at Kitsap Credit Union, and I’m looking forward to many more.”
